Dr Rana has established the largest Research and Development Centre in the Private Sector in the history of Indian Education, and is -credited with creating the biggest IP in the shortest span of time, only to be compared with the quantum of IP created by our esteemed National Body, National Council for Education and Research (NCERT). Her immense contribution to Education has been acknowledged through various awards and accolades.

Kalpana Kapoor has been in the Education Space for the last thirty- eight years. Her collaborations with Government and other educational bodies have enriched her learning and helped to integrate multi-faceted learning in schools. With her exposure to- schools in Australia, Singapore, USA and UK, she has been able to implement the latest trends in the field of education in the schools- she had been heading and now working with.

Alka Rao is a trainer and an educator who has extensive experience in working for and with schools on content and curriculum development, designing and developing training programs, assessment systems design, diagnostic, and systems design and implementation, process management and team management. Her expertise also lies in the domain of academic audits and she has been instrumental in developing school quality checklists, developing metrics and rubrics for classroom observations and developing framework for teacher assessment.

Kavita Singh is an educationist, curriculum designer, and pedagogy expert with extensive experience in curriculum development, skill-based learning, and child-centered education. She specializes in designing innovative learning frameworks and meaningful educational experiences that nurture curiosity, creativity, critical thinking, confidence, and self-expression in children. Her work is rooted in the belief that every child possesses unique potential that flourishes through thoughtful, experiential, and emotionally engaging learning environments. Deeply inspired by the butterfly’s journey of metamorphosis, she views education as a transformative process that enables children to discover their strengths, develop resilience, and evolve into compassionate, capable, and independent individuals.
